ABOUT THE OWNER
Jan Steffenhagen-Hahn, CPCU, is the owner and developer of the Element Insurance Agency, LLC.  She has 34 years of experience working in the insurance industry in the state of Wisconsin.  She received her designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter in February, 2002.  

Jan started her career with Sentry Insurance as an employee agent in 1988 where she received extensive training to sell personal lines products and business insurance. She worked mainly in the Madison, WI area and built a clientele from scratch to over 1500 policies. In 1997, Jan left Sentry and opened an Allstate Insurance Agency in Middleton, WI as an owner but captive agent. This agency was built to over 1700 policies before being sold back to Allstate. More recently, she worked with Murphy Insurance, Waunakee, WI and the SIAA Network, Green Bay, WI learning the ins and outs of the independent agency systems before starting the Element Insurance Agency, LLC.

Her background and dedication to customer service provides a solid foundation for a successful independent agency.  She utilizes a team philosophy to help with all your insurance needs.
